Pool area is spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing after some casino fun. Check-in was chaotic with long wait times, and the staff seemed overwhelmed.

The casino was fun with a good variety of games and live music events that added to the atmosphere. Our room was dusty and had some maintenance issues, like a leaking shower head. Overall, the stay was decent but could use some tidying up.

Great pool and great food. Rude check-in staff and room problems.

Sticky floors, a moldy shower, and stained sheets made it feel like no one cared. Plus, the lack of fresh towels and trash service really made for a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. Never again!

The room's cleanliness was subpar. Stained bed linen and hair on the pillows created an uncomfortable environment. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the grout was black. Dust covered the light fixtures, and the mini fridge was outdated. Although the hotel had great memorabilia and easy highway access, the room itself felt neglected. The shower, set in a jacuzzi tub, was awkward to use. Despite the friendly staff in restaurants, the room lacked basic necessities like clean towels and a microwave. The noise level was manageable, but the overall comfort was not what I'd hoped for.

Great pool area super kid-friendly! Plenty of food spots nearby for different tastes.
Not the cheapest option, but worth it for the memories.

The rock-and-roll theme is striking. The costumes, reminiscent of an electrifying era, set a vibrant tone. The excitement of the casino is palpable, though payouts were sparse during my visit. Dining at the Sugary Factory was a highlight; the vibe and staff were exceptional. Unfortunately, the casino shows its age—limited games and outdated activities need urgent revitalization. The ocean-view room had stunning potential, but the view was obstructed. Issues with maintenance requests raised serious safety concerns. Service inconsistencies, from rude front desk staff to mismanaged room changes, marred the experience. Improved protocols are essential for guest security. While I appreciate the comfortable beds, this couldn't outweigh my overall disappointment in service and amenities.

This hotel is so conveniently situated right across the road from the historic part of Biloxi and just a short stroll away from popular spots like the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino which is less than 500 meters away, and Ruth's Chris Steak House which is only about 50 steps away, making it super easy to enjoy amazing food and entertainment while soaking in the local atmosphere; plus, the pool area was quite nice and the staff were generally great even if the hotel itself could use some repairs and a deep cleaning.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Biloxi boasts a prime location, easily walkable to various casinos and restaurants. With numerous on-site dining choices, such as the Hard Rock Cafe and a delightful ice cream shop, it made our family stay enjoyable despite a few cleanliness issues.

The staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived! I loved lounging by the stunning pool while soaking up the sun. Plus, the Hard Rock restaurant had delicious food that capped off my fabulous days!
Couldn't recommend more! ❤️✨

The decor was on point, and the bed was comfy. We also loved having a flat-screen TV in the room for some entertainment before bed. there were some significant downsides that we couldn't overlook. the bathroom door in our room lacked privacy due to a malfunction, which was a big inconvenience. only two out of the three shower heads worked, and the water pressure was quite weak. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dust on the coffee pot and a moldy telephone cord that was never addressed by housekeeping. The overall customer service experience was also disappointing. We encountered issues with the valet parking service, as they were unable to assist us promptly, leading to multiple trips back and forth from the parking deck with our luggage. The lack of available luggage carts was a letdown, and navigating the hotel through multiple elevator changes proved to be quite frustrating. the noise insulation in the rooms was subpar. We were disturbed each night by noise from a neighboring bachelorette party, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. The lack of effective soundproofing was a major letdown, especially in a hotel of this caliber. while the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino has some attractive features like the room aesthetics and amenities, the issues we encountered with privacy, cleanliness, and noise disruption significantly impacted our stay. We hope that these areas can be addressed to improve the experience at this establishment.

The bed was comfortable, and the two employees at the casino were very helpful - shoutout to Blake and Michel! The property is conveniently located near many other places, making it easy to explore the area.
The room didn't lock, causing security concerns. The discrepancy between the room amenities promised and what was provided, like a tub instead of a walk-in shower, was disappointing.

I love the convenience of the casino right on site. The staff is friendly, and the food at Half Shell Oyster House is pretty tasty.
The rooms were a bit worn out.

The room was okay but surprisingly soundproof, which was a plus. Tried ordering room service at 5 PM, but it was closed—had to settle for the cafe instead, where the staff was friendly. The view overlooking the pool and gulf was stunning, and the amenities were solid, even if I faced issues with the player card. Check-in had its hiccups, and cleanliness was a major letdown; we found a dirty coffee machine and a cigar case on the floor. Definitely a mixed bag, but the potential for a great time is there.

Enjoyed feeling like a VIP in the luxury rooms, it makes me feel just like a celebrity! The hilarious mix-up with the room changes made the stay unforgettable. The food was delightful too.
Oh, joy, I love when my bathroom looks like a time machine back to the 80s! .

You can soak up the energy of live shows and the thrill of winning big at the tables. The Platinum Tower offers a taste of luxury fit for royalty, elevating your vacay to rock star status.
My kids wished for more family-friendly dining options.

The bands at Hard Rock Live Biloxi were epic, and the Platinum Tower felt like a VIP hangout for us cool cats.
Could use a better late-night food joint for after-hours partying fuel.

Had a blast at the casino and enjoyed winning some cash there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
Stayed for a city break and had a disappointing experience. Rooms were dirty, with stained sheets and wet carpets.

We had an amazing last-minute stay at a hotel in Biloxi with a view overlooking the ocean. It was a perfect choice for celebrating my husband's birthday. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We loved the variety of gambling options at the casino, and the restaurant choices were fantastic, especially the Half Shell Oyster House. The facilities outside our room, including the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained. The location was ideal, with the gigantic guitar outside the casino adding to the fun atmosphere.
Housekeeping was a bit loud in the hallways, which made it difficult to rest at times. Some guests were not considerate of others and let their doors slam shut, but this was the only minor inconvenience we encountered during our stay.

We were disappointed by the outdated and unclean room, but we enjoyed the spectacular view and comfortable bed with a picturesque city view. I'll recommend this hotel.

love the new addition "sugar factory" ! ! everything is always great! we even tried the late night room service and it was just awesome and convenient to have! the room was very spacious and the double vanity and triple shower heads a huge plus, also the overall vibe of hotel was great, memorabilia was nice. the room did look like it had a lot of usage, could use some minor, cosmetic touch-ups. the location was good. the overall atmosphere in the lobby area had the expected hard rock fun and lively vibe as expected. enjoyed myself immensely, not much of a gambler but it was a great place to people watch. we were there for the crusin the coast festivities. the hard rock took care of us. ben & jerry's next to a starbucks is over the top! i'm sorry i did not get the names of particular staff members but everyone from front to back was great. the concierge, an african american lady was so nice to me and replaced my room key which of course i had to loose. we'll be back next year.
Nothing to complain about at all 😊
Good
